The 2026 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS is the seventh Abbott World Marathon Major!
The TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS is one of the most prestigious and significant marathons in Australia and the world. It takes place annually in Sydney, one of the most picturesque and recognizable cities, known for its historical landmarks, beautiful beaches, and the iconic Sydney Opera House.

We are offering a unique offer for participants of the TCS Sydney Marathon on August 30, 2026!
The package includes a marathon entry slot, four-night accommodation at the Rydges Sydney Central Hotel (from August 27 to August 31) and a Sydney Harbour Cruise on August 29.
Additional information about the hotel:
The Rydges Sydney Central Hotel offers comfortable accommodation in the heart of Sydney with excellent facilities for rest and recovery after the marathon. Breakfast is included. The finish line is 3 km from the Sydney Opera House.

This is a relaxing experience aboard the Starship Aqua offering beautiful views of the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and the city skyline.
Time: 4.45 - 6.15pm

Day 1 – Thursday, 27 August 2026: Arrival in Sydney
- Arrive at Sydney International Airport.
- Transfer to hotel and check-in.
- Free time to relax after your flight or explore the surrounding area.
- Evening at leisure.
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Visit to the Sydney Marathon Expo to collect race bibs and explore official merchandise.
- Optional easy shake-out run or stretching session with fellow participants.
- Afternoon free for sightseeing or shopping.
- Evening at leisure.
- Morning: Free time or optional group activity.
- Afternoon: Sydney Harbour Cruise aboard the Starship Aqua – enjoy a scenic and relaxing experience with panoramic views of the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and the city skyline.
- Pasta Party at Emilia's Place.
- Evening: Return to hotel and prepare for race day.
- Early breakfast and getting to the start line.
