One of the most important races in Italy, the Napoli City half Marathon attracts runners from all over the world (6000 participants and 61 countries represented in the last edition) to offer a course with the most breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, that takes through the most beautiful and historical parts of the city: from the waterfront to the Castel dell’Ovo, from the Teatro San Carlo to the Piazza del Plebiscito till the Mostra d’Oltremare.The race is fast, perfect to test your limits and beat personal records, but also enjoyable thanks to the wonderful scenery of the track and the mild temperatures oscillating around 13 degrees. Napoli is easily reachable from any part of Europe, thanks to its well-connected airport, railways and highways.

Run Rome The Marathon is a journey in the eternal city that will make you fall in love with running and the marathon, forever. The rhythm of your heartbeat will be as one with the other participants, with which you will share the wonders of the route: starting from Fori Imperiali, passing in front of the Vittoriano, in Piazza Venezia, you will gaze at Circo Massimo, feel the breeze of Lungotevere, come accross Castel Sant’Angelo, viale della Conciliazione, St. Peter’s Basilica.

The Rome Marathon is an annual marathon race in Rome, Italy. The official name is Run Rome The Marathon. About 10,000 athletes take part in the 42.195 km marathon and satellite races.

The 23rd Prague Half Marathon is a thing of beauty. Not just because of our breathtaking scenery. But because of who comes out to participate. From the awe-inspiring Kenyans and Ethiopians to Czech schoolchildren. To us they are all beautiful. And everyone who cares enough to put running shoes on their feet is welcome here with open arms. 

Prague is part of the Superhalf series. The elite runners of the world travel from city to city, from race to race and challenge to challenge. They do it for the glory, for fame and the record books. Well, SuperHalfs is our way of sending you and other regular runners off on your own running adventure. It’s a series of five glorious half marathons that will take you to Lisbon, Prague, Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia.

The route starts at the Vienna International Centre, traverses the Reichsbrücke and the traffic junction Praterstern on the left side of the Donaukanal, then runs alongside the Ringstraße until reaching the Vienna State Opera. After crossing the left bank of the Wien river on Wienzeile to the Schönbrunn Palace, the route goes back to the Heldenplatz (via the Mariahilferstraße) where the half-marathon finishes. The full-marathon runners, however, are continuing past the Rathaus to the Alsergrund and to Friedensbrücke. The track continues via the left side of the Donaukanal and the Praterstern to reach the Prater again. After having passed the Ernst-Happel-Stadion and the Lusthaus, the route leads over the Franzensbrücke to the Ringstraße where the runners reach the finish at the Heldenplatz.

The time limit for the marathon distance is 6 hours, for the half marathon – 3 hours. The closing area closes at 15:00.

After the finish, you can take a shower in the cabins near the finish line at the corner of Friedrich-Schmidt-Platz and Felderstraße behind the Vienna City Hall (Wiener Rathaus).

The course of the Vienna City Marathon and Half Marathon 2020 is certified by AIMS. The marathon has the gold status of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF Gold Label Road Races).

The Copenhagen Half Marathon combines a world record course with sightseeing in a cool city. 

When the gun launching the CPH Half goes off, it is not only heard in Denmark.

Being an World Athletics Road Race Gold Label event boasting a world record course and part of the international running series SuperHalfs, the CPH Half attracts thousands of runners from all over the world. Top athletes as well as recreational runners choose Copenhagen as the backdrop for their once in a lifetime running experience, regardless of pace and ambitions.

The CPH Half has become world-wide renowned for it’s super fast course.

The world-leading times set in Copenhagen have put the flat capital city of Denmark on the world map as the place to run a really fast time. In 2019, Geoffrey Kamworor, proved this to the world, as he smashed the world record with a unbelievable 58:01 win. Also, the 2018 race saw a new women’s European record set by Sifan Hassen, as she surprisingly finished in a remarkable 1:05:15 in her half marathon debute.

Held on traffic-free, wide roads and boulevards, the course is extremely fast and characterized by few and soft curves making for ideal conditions for an enjoyable and fast race.

The inaugural World Athletics Road Running Championships, which will take place on September 30th and October 1st, 2023, in Riga, will be the most significant public sporting and athletics event in the history of the Baltic countries.

This unique global running festival, which will crown the world mile, 5km and half marathon champions, will see tens of thousands of amateur runners from at least 100 countries competing alongside elite runners. Distances: Half marathon, 5k, Road Mile

For the first time, mass races will be held alongside the three elite championships to allow runners from all over the globe to take part in this unique celebration of running.
