Refund Policy

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Refund Policy (hereinafter – the "Policy") regulates the procedure for refunding funds when providing services by 4LMNTS LLP (BIN 240140006348, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, 388 Rozybakiyev St.) through the website 4lmnts.kz.
1.2. The Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer and applies to all users (clients) who have made payment for services on the website.
1.3. Making payment in any manner constitutes full acceptance of the Client with the terms of this Policy.

2. SUBJECT OF SERVICES AND CONTRACTOR'S STATUS

2.1. The Contractor (4LMNTS LLP) provides intermediary and support services for booking participation in sports events, selling slots (tickets), hotel booking, organizing visa support, insurance, as well as selling sports merchandise and nutrition.
2.2. The Contractor is a travel agent, but not a tour operator, and is not responsible for conducting, postponing, canceling, or the quality of sports events, as well as for the actions of third parties (organizers, airlines, hotels, visa centers, etc.).

3. REFUND OF FUNDS

3.1. The Client has the right to refuse participation in a sports event no later than 90 calendar days before the date of its holding.
3.2. In this case, the refund is made with retention of:
service fee (non-refundable);
actual expenses incurred (bank commissions, organizer fees, other costs).
3.3. If canceling less than 90 days before the event starts, no refund is provided.
3.4. In exceptional cases (visa refusal, illness, injury and other personal circumstances), the Contractor may, but is not required to, assist in reselling the slot to a third party. Refund is possible only after actual resale and receiving funds from the new participant.
3.5. If the sports event is canceled or postponed by the organizer, the refund is made in accordance with the organizer's official policy. The Contractor retains the service fee and actually incurred expenses.

4. REFUND FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES

4.1. Hotels and accommodation. When canceling reservations, the supplier's conditions (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) apply. The Contractor refunds funds only after actually receiving the refund from the supplier.
4.2. Visa services. The service is considered provided from the moment documents are submitted. Refund is not provided when visa is refused.
4.3. Insurance. Refund is possible only in cases provided for by the insurance company's rules.
4.4. Merchandise and sports nutrition.
Refund is possible only for new goods without traces of use and when packaging is preserved.
Refund of sports nutrition after opening the packaging is impossible due to sanitary norms.

5. REFUND PROCEDURE

5.1. To arrange a refund, the Client sends a written application to manager@4lmnts.kz specifying:
Full name, contact details,
date and method of payment,
reason for refund,
bank details for funds transfer.
5.2. Applications are considered within 10 (ten) business days.
5.3. Refund of funds is carried out by the same method by which payment was made, within 30 calendar days after approval of the refund.

6. EXCLUSIONS

6.1. Payments that are not refundable:
service fees;
payment system commissions;
amounts paid for already provided services.
6.2. The Contractor is not responsible for the Client's inability to participate in the event for reasons beyond the Contractor's control (visa, illness, injury, organizer refusal, force majeure).

7. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of extraordinary circumstances (epidemic, war, natural disasters, decisions of authorities, etc.), the Contractor is released from liability for non-performance of obligations. Refunds are made only with appropriate decisions of organizers or service providers.
