PUBLIC OFFER

for the provision of intermediary, travel agency and service services

1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter the "Offer") is the official proposal of 4LMNTS LLP (BIN 240140006348, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, 388 Rozybakiyev St.,hereinafter the "Contractor") to conclude a paid services agreement under the terms set out below.
1.2. Pursuant to Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this proposal constitutes a public offer.
1.3. The Client's performance of actions to pay for the services by any method (online payment, bank transfer, Kaspi or other aggregators) shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer and constitutes the conclusion of the agreement between the Client and the Contractor.

2.1. Client — any natural person or legal entity that has paid for the services of the Contractor.
2.2. Services — a set of intermediary and support actions for booking participation in sports events, hotel reservations, visa assistance, insurance, and the sale of merchandise and sports nutrition.
2.3. Slot (ticket) — a document confirming the Client's right to participate in a sports event.
2.4. Organizer — a third party responsible for holding a sports event. The Contractor is not the organizer.
2.5. Service fee — a fixed amount retained by the Contractor for organizational and informational support of the order. The service fee is non-refundable.

3.1. The Contractor provides intermediary and support services upon the Client's request, including: sale and booking of slots (tickets) for sports events; hotel and other accommodation bookings; visa support and consulting; arranging insurance policies through partners; sale of merchandise and sports nutrition.
3.2. The Contractor acts as a travel agent and is not a tour operator. Performance of services by third parties is the responsibility of such organizers and suppliers.

4.1. Information on prices and characteristics of services is published on the website 4lmnts.kz.
4.2. The Client pays via the website, bank transfer, or other specified methods.
4.3. Upon payment, this Offer is deemed a concluded paid services agreement.
4.4. In case of a refund, the Contractor is entitled to retain the service fee and actually incurred expenses.

5.1. The Contractor shall not be liable for: cancellation, postponement, or modification of a sports event; visa refusal, illness, injury, or other personal circumstances of the Client; actions of airlines, hotels, organizers, and other third parties.
5.2. The Client shall independently obtain medical and sports insurance covering participation in the event.
5.3. The Contractor shall be released from liability upon the occurrence of force majeure circumstances.

6.1. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy published on the website at 4lmnts.kz.
6.2. The Client confirms that they have read and agreed to the Refund Policy prior to making payment.

7.1. By making payment, the Client consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection."
7.2. Data are used solely for the fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations and are not transferred to third parties, except as provided by law or necessary for service provision (e.g., to organizers, visa centers, insurance companies).
7.3. The Client consents to receive informational and promotional communications from the Contractor (including SMS, e-mail, push notifications and messages in messengers) related to the Contractor's services and events.
7.4. The Client may at any time unsubscribe from such communications by sending a notice to manager@4lmnts.kz.

8.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations.
8.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9.1. This Offer is valid indefinitely and is published in open access on the Contractor's website.
9.2. The Contractor may amend the text of the Offer by publishing the current version on the website.
9.3. The Client shall independently monitor current versions of the Offer and the Refund Policy.
