This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the website 4lmnts.kz (hereinafter – the "Website") owned by 4LMNTS LLP (BIN 240140006348, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, 388 Rozybakiyev St.,hereinafter – the "Company" or the "Contractor").
1.2. This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" No. 94-V dated 21 May 2013 and other applicable acts of the CIS countries.

• necessity for the performance of the contract (Public Offer);

7.1. The Client has the right to:
• receive information about the processing of their data;
• request correction, blocking, or deletion of their data;
• withdraw consent for processing by sending a written request to manager@4lmnts.kz.
7.2. Withdrawal of consent may result in the impossibility of providing services.

8.1. The Website may use cookies to personalize the interface and analyze visitor statistics.
8.2. The Client may disable cookies in their browser settings, but this may limit Website functionality.

9.1. When booking international events or services, the Client's personal data may be transferred to other countries, including EU and CIS states.
9.2. The Company guarantees that the transfer is carried out only to the extent necessary to fulfill the Client's order.

11.1. By providing contact information (including phone number, e-mail, messenger accounts), the Client agrees to receive informational and promotional messages from the Company through any communication channels — SMS, e-mail, messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) and social networks.
11.2. Such messages may include updates about sports events, special offers, reminders of events, visa deadlines, and other useful information related to the Company's services.
11.3. The Client may unsubscribe at any time by following the link in the message or by sending a request to manager@4lmnts.kz.
11.4. Unsubscribing does not terminate processing of personal data required for the performance of the contract.
